This place was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect for my family while we stayed here. Rachel was one step ahead of us with the communication and the house was exactly as the pictured showed! Everything is right down the road from the house but the golf cart just made it that much easier. The shed had everything you really needed for a beach day with the family already stocked! We even rode the bikes at night! We will definitely be back!!

A perfect stay with a wonderful host! The home was exactly as described. The kitchen is well stocked, the porches and backyard are lovely to relax in, and the beach equipment and bikes are in good condition. The golf cart is great, and makes the trip to the beach easy and fun. Quiet neighborhood, close to all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was very nice and clean when we arrived. It's far enough off the main road that it's quiet and peaceful but not so far that it feels like a chore to get anywhere. The walk to the beach is nice though it's hard to beat the included golf cart!

Great stay for our large, multigenerational family. Easy access to beach and bay and other beach-related places. Play/Arcade room was a great feature, enjoyed the fire pit and the 6-seater golf cart was great for getting to and from the beach. Overall phenomenal stay and great host!

For the price we paid, I was astounded by how beautiful, comfortable, convenient and fun this home was to stay in for our beach trip. Our five children absolutely loved the game room and fit perfectly in the bunkbed room. The golf cart made getting to the beach, easy and fun and prevented us from having to play to park each time as the cart was pre-registered. We had family meals at the large table inside, the table on the screened in porch, and the table in the backyard. Such good family time. We even had s’mores around the beautiful fire pit. We made use of everything!

We had an amazing week at this Oak Island beach house! Our group consisted of 4 adults and 4 children, and it was the perfect setup for everyone. The arcade room was a huge hit with the kids and kept them entertained for hours. We also absolutely loved the screened-in porch—it quickly became our favorite place to relax in the mornings and evenings. The 6-seater golf cart was such a great bonus and made getting around easy and fun. Even better, the beach was only about 3 minutes away, making beach trips effortless. A quick note for future renters - the golf cart is registered as a resident so you don’t have to pay to park at the beach if you take the golf cart! The home was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. We made so many great memories here, and by the end of the week, none of us wanted to leave! If you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly place to stay in Oak Island, we highly recommend this property. We would happily return!

Rachel’s place was very clean and as pictured. We had plenty of space with a group of seven. The house was well equipped for families (nice high chair, beach supplies, and pack n play). The golf cart made traveling to the beach super convenient. Beds were comfortable and we loved the screened in porch and backyard as well. Rachel was a great host. The cleaners found something we accidentally left behind and they let us know immediately and are helping to arrange it to be sent to us. Rachel really went above and beyond what I could have asked for. We will stay again!

We had the BEST time at the blue crab! We searched for three days for the perfect Airbnb and I'm so glad we landed on the blue crab. It was very clean and the decor was modern and beachy. The location was close to the beach and in a quaint area. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. if you're on the fence about this place, just book it!! My kids loved the game room and we had a blast taking the golf cart everywhere. Defenitely worth adding it on!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Blur Crab. The location was perfect—very close to the Intracoastal Waterway and just a short walk to the beach. It was also incredibly convenient to have so many restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store nearby, which made our stay easy and relaxing. The home itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. There were plenty of things to keep the kids entertained throughout the week. They especially loved the arcade and really enjoyed sitting around the fire pit. The beach chairs and sand toys provided were also a great touch. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a fun, convenient, and relaxing getaway.
